Her birthday was last Sunday. We took her to the park and had few photos of her. It's just so hard to capture the movement, maybe it's time to upgrade. Picked up this pink purse for her at PetSmart, she seems like it a lot!

Heart-kun: Celebrity puppy wows Japan

A chihuahua puppy has become Japan's latest heart-throb after he was born with a heart-shaped mark on his coat.

The dog, named "Heart-kun", was born on May 18 at a pet store in northern Odate. Shop owner Emiko Sakurada, who bred over 1,000 puppies, believes his unusual markings have brought her luck.

Can't believe Ramen grew up this fast, she's almost 1 year old now, 22nd this month will be her first b-day. R already mentioned her b-day gift.... maybe a well-cooked meal, or a nice sofa bed in the living room, new toy... :)

When someone asked me what's "eBay Live", I told them it's equivalent to the "MacWorld" in the Apple land. :) It's fascinating to see people who make their living on eBay in real life and feel the passion and love from every single one of them.

A nice trip to Boston to catch up the eBay Live 2007. Beside the work, what I can only remember is the food, seafood...

Ramen recovered a bit...

She's been sick for couple weeks now, started from vomiting and minor fever. We brought her to vet few times, the last time, vet did blood test for her. I wasn't there, R said vet shaved her leg hair and got a small bottle blood from her body, he was almost heart broken. The result came out last Thursday, the evidence shows that she's been feed with too much treats, and so MANY different kind of treats!!! Whose fault is it, of course it's ME!!! I threw away all her treat bags that night, and swear to whoever that I won't buy all these pretty packaged "poison" for her anymore.

She's recovered from the fever, but she's not eating anything for a week now. I called the doc this morning, and he said it's because she's used to these tasty bits. I am feeding her with honey water and a little chicken... will see if she's start eating again...

R is leaving next Monday~~~

B-day cruise trip to Ensenada, Mexico

We just spent last weekend on the ship for celebreting my 30 some birthday. It was our first cruise trip, better than what we expected, great food, lots fun people, plus good services. Ensenada was a little bit disappointment, people kept telling us this city doesn't represent Mexico, the other places are much better, I guess we should start planning the next one then. :)

The 2nd week was somewhat tougher than what we thought. Advanced students got these big banana leaves and other fancy flowers, I couldn't wait to try these...

Janet asked to join her for Ikebana, so here I am, first day's work... :) Please ignore the plate, that's what we have been told to bring on the first day... I ordered a "real" Ikebana bowl/plate from the instructor already, so next thing I will learn is to make lasagna - which means this oven pan won't get tossed... it will be harder than ikebana I guess...

拉面的小手术

下午把拉面从医生那抱了回来，她麻药还没过，没精打采的看了我一眼就把头低了下去。我一看到她肚子上的伤口，心疼的眼泪都要下来了。回到家就把她放在了厨房，给喂了点treat，她倒是吃了几个，等我回头在一看，她都又给都吐了。一晚上就缩在自己的小垫子上，歪靠在柜子上，伤口压着一定疼。:( 我匆忙的遛完了pickle 和couscous，回来一看，拉面已经在trainning pad上pee pee 了，想到她忍着疼，一歪一歪的还跑的trainning pad上去，我心都揪起来了。到了8点，她还是社么都不吃，尊医嘱，我调了点蜂蜜，拌着水，一小勺一小勺的喂她，她倒是喝了小半碗，边和边舔着我的手，精神也好了点起来，也开始摇摇尾巴了，但还是泪眼汪汪的看着我，我心里真是悔呀，我这是干了社么呀。。。

到了10点半，她开始走动了，我的一颗心才放了下来。。。打电话给R，刚讲了几句，R就叫了起来：别说了，我受不了了。。。

Happy Chinese New Year!

I am here now in Malaysia, R's home, a small town with more than half of population are Chinese. Interestly enough that people here really treat themselves as Chinese, rather than Malaysian, just like R himself. The "happy chinese new year" music plays all day long here, everywhere, in the car, store and on the TV, which sorta makes me dizzy, maybe it's the hot weather... :P Food is good here, I think I have been eating too much~~~
