We went to this fancy Chinese restaurant in HK last month, my colleague Amy from the eBay Singapore office highly recommended this place - Hu Tong, she said she must visit it every time she's in HK. It's under the Aqua group, Aqua also has quite few other places worth to pay a visit. Roland enjoyed the BBQ/Roasted Lamb and able to finish most part of it~~~ yeah, it's LAMB!
